Nan's New Orlean's Cafe and Poboy is the newest star in restaurateur Robert Folse's successful line-up. Owner of the North Shore's Jack's Cafe, Folse is branching out with Nan's, focusing on Cajun, Creole, and signature New Orleans style dishes that will put the heart and soul back into meal time. While bringing over 25 years of restaurant and catering experience to the table, his main goal with Nan's New Orleans Café and Poboy is to turn back the clock to the days when "making groceries" was an event. Folse uses fresh ingredients including using local seafood with every menu item made from scratch.
